HOUSE RULES
All reservations at Bourbon Capital Inn are subject to availability and applicable booking conditions. Guests are responsible for following hotel rules, respecting other guests, and complying with applicable laws and regulations during their stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bourbon Capital Inn generally requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to charges according to the rate and reservation terms confirmed at booking. Special rates or third-party reservations may have different cancellation conditions.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Early check-in after 1:00 PM may be available at no additional charge, subject to room availability. Earlier arrivals may incur a fee. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. A complimentary 30-minute grace period may be available. Additional late check-out time may incur a charge of $10 per hour, subject to approval.
PAYMENT & RESERVATIONS
Guests must provide a valid payment method or meet the payment requirements specified during booking. Rates, taxes, fees, and payment conditions are disclosed during the reservation process.
SMOKING POLICY
Bourbon Capital Inn offers non-smoking accommodations. Guests must comply with the smoking restrictions applicable to their room and designated hotel areas. Violations may result in additional cleaning charges.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Guests may be held responsible for damage to hotel property, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning expenses caused during their stay, subject to applicable law.
GUEST CONDUCT
Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment and respect other visitors and hotel staff. Disruptive, threatening, or unlawful behavior may result in appropriate action, including removal where permitted by law.
